Grilling...not as easy as it looks.
So last night I decided to do something nice and cook some ribs for my little family. We love ribs and have watched them on many food network shows and drooled all over ourselves.
SO, I start up the grill let it heat up and then turn it to low. You would think heating a rack of ribs on low, on the grill for 15-20 minutes would cook them slow and they would be juicy and mouth watering and YUM-O!
Well, that is a big NEGATORY!
Please do not be horrified by the below images, they are only cow parts and not human remains.

However, I have learned the fine art of the making of charcoal. Apparently the ribs were on FIRE the entire time and I did not know! Standing by the grill w/ beer in hand...NOT my style.

Did I mention single...well yes I am. And I am thinking that you need to have the lettle third leg in order to be a grilling guru.
ANYWAY- Please send help.

LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dude, ribs take longer than 15-20 minutes on low anyway.
PAR BOIL then put in oven on 250 for like hours....
Yeah this is why I thought all would be good. Singed all hair off of knuckles to boot.
S.G. be right. HI S.G.!!!
I par boil them too, for at least 4-6 hours. Then turn them on the grill a couple times to burn the BBQ sauce a tad.
Otherwise, they ignite oh so well.
